Aujourd’hui il s’agit de l’expression ceci dit (that said, that being said, having said that).

Exemple 1 : Ceci dit, nous étions contents de voir un peu de pluie. Having said that, we were happy to see a bit of rain. 

Exemple 2 : Ceci dit, rien ne l’empêchera de quitter son boulot. That said, nothing will stop him/her quitting his/her job.
