Aujourd’hui il s’agit de la préposition selon (according to, depending on).

Exemple 1 : Selon lui, rien ne changera. According to him, nothing will change.

Exemple 2 : Il devra enfin pleuvoir selon la météo. It should rain at last according to the weather forecast. 

Exemple 3 : C’est selon vos goûts. It depends on your taste.
