Aujourd’hui il s’agit de l’expression en boucle (on a loop, continuously).

Exemple 1 : Les télévisions du monde diffusaient en boucle les images de l’incendie. Images of the fire were broadcast continuously by TV channels around the world . 

Exemple 2 : J’en ai marre d’entendre cette chanson être jouée en boucle à la radio. I am fed up with hearing this song being played over and over on the radio.
