Exemple 1 : La camionnette a percuté le cycliste de plein fouet. The van crashed head on into the cyclist . 

Exemple 2 : La crise sanitaire actuelle touche l’industrie culturelle de plein fouet. The cultural industry is being hit with full force by the current health crisis.
